Wharfly is a purchasing app for Shopify merchants. A Needs your attention list gathers what to approve, pay, receive, bill and review in one place, next to your inventory and cash figures and your purchasing and payables figures, without leaving your Shopify admin.

One record per order
One record follows each purchase order.
Every order moves through the same clear stages, with receiving progress and payment status kept on the same record. Choose a stage to see what it means.
Draft
Start an order from a recommended quantity on Demand planning, or create one from scratch.
An order can also be cancelled. Payment status reads not billed, deposit paid, partially paid, paid or unpaid.

Inventory and cash
HomeNeeds your attention gathers what to approve, pay, receive, bill and review. Below it are inventory and cash figures, purchasing and payables figures, weekly sales and purchasing charts, the purchase order pipeline and payables aging.
Demand planningEvery product gets a status, its days of cover and a recommended reorder quantity with an order by date. Filter by status. The calculation is explained on the screen itself.
Purchase ordersStatus cards sit across the top and filter the list. Each order shows receiving progress, its target delivery date with an overdue flag, the total and the payment status.
ShipmentsCounts for in transit, overdue and delivered, plus a static route map from each supplier country to your fulfillment location. The map is not live carrier tracking.
SuppliersA map sized by committed purchase value per country, and a table with category, country, terms, lead time, purchase value, on time rate and products.
AccountingPayables aging by supplier, invoices to pay with their overdue status, recent payments and supplier prepayments, with exports for aging and unpaid invoices.
Team and approvalsSet the self approval threshold, give each person a role and an approval limit, and see what each role can do. Shopify actions run under each person's own permissions.
Supplier names, products and figures are sample data. Sample data can be added and removed from the Home screen.

Result
This is an illustration based only on the numbers you enter. It is not a forecast. It treats incoming stock as arriving before you run short, while the app uses each order's target delivery date. Nothing you type here is sent anywhere.

Is Wharfly in the Shopify App Store yet?
Not yet. Wharfly is being prepared for the Shopify App Store. If you would like early access, contact us at support@wharfly.app.
Does Wharfly track shipments live?
Not yet, but we are working on it. Today the Shipments screen shows the carrier and tracking numbers you enter, shipped and target dates, and a static map of your suppliers' countries. It is not live carrier tracking.
How is the demand forecast calculated?
Wharfly uses your consumption, monitors recent sales trends, and takes purchases already in transit into account. Try the reorder maths in the calculator.
What makes Wharfly different?
It comes close to an ERP, yet it is built entirely inside the Shopify interface. That makes your Shopify admin one window for driving the larger purchasing decisions.
